Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason your order hasn’t work out as planned, we offer a 14-day window to create a return. Return instructions can be found below:
This 14-day return window begins once your package has been delivered to you. In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, or there is a problem with your order, please submit an inquiry via our contact form.
We will gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges. Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. If we are not able to fulfill your exchange request due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, we will issue a refund.
Return Guidelines
Returned or exchanged items must be in unused, quality condition. Any identifiable impairments to the garment or evidence of prior use will be subject to a denial of your return or exchange request. All SLAIT items include SLAIT tags. Please ensure the tags are attached or your return will be subject to denial.
If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping at this time.
